I was having issues with one tire and needed to have it checked. Genuine Car Care was recommended by a neighbor on Nextdoor so I read there reviews and made an appointment. They contacted me by phone (like the personal touch) to discuss my service and confirm an appointment. My car was taken right it when I arrived and the tire repaired. The folks there were friendly and knowledgeable. They solved my problem and didn't try to sell me other services like some places do. I'm looking forward to using their services again in the future,

I first found Genuine Car Care Center when I lived in K'ville a few years back. Now that I live below Wallburg I still go out of my way to go to them! Friendly, professional and EXTREMELY HONEST! I am typing this review from their waiting room. I came in for four band new tires on a vehicle I have only had for a short time because the dealer told me all four had to be replaced. I thought the fronts looked ok, but trusted the dealer. At Genuine they went to replace the tires but brought me back to show me that the front tires were in practically brand new shape and said they wouldn't feel right giving me four new tires when I only needed two. So two it is. One of my first experiences here a few years back was when I had a nail in my tire. I brought it in. They took off the tire, tested it for leaks, found none, checked the balance and put it back on. When I asked them how much I owed them for doing that, their response was "Nothing. Just bring it back when you need something done." Genuine Car Care Center is a PRIME EXAMPLE of how a small business automotive service provider should be. If you live anywhere remotely close to Kernersville make them your go to provider!
