Any mechanic near me that you search should know the viscosity, but the type of oil recommended may vary. A repair shop near you that you search should be able to educate you on the type of oil. Much of this depends upon your driving habits and oil change interval you are looking for. A standard oil change today usually requires a synthetic blend oil. This way there are man made supplements in the oil that will stay on your engine parts longer thus increasing the life of your engine. If you have a vehilce with over 75,000 miles then a repair shop would recommend a high mileage oil. Finally if you are not looking to have your oil changes for 7,500 miles we would recommend a full synthetic oil.
